The execution of Glocal Junction in Hyderabad showcases advanced structural fabrication paired with highly durable commercial finishes. Our team engineered and installed heavy-duty architectural elements, most notably a large-scale, suspended steel grid anchored over the primary bar counter, designed to hold extensive liquor inventory while integrating overhead utilities. The raw, industrial aesthetic of the venue mandated the precise alignment of all exposed MEP systems, including heavy suspended HVAC ducting, structural ceiling grids, and surface-mounted conduit networks.
Material durability was a primary driver throughout the fit-out process. We executed complex flooring transitions, moving from robust continuous solid-surface floors to intricate two-tone checkerboard tiling in the main dining zones. The commercial joinery package involved high-tolerance integrations, from the perforated, internally-lit metal bar fascias to built-in wood veneer display boxes. All custom furniture, including solid-wood dining tables on heavy-gauge welded steel bases, was fabricated to ensure maximum stability in a high-volume hospitality environment.
