For the high-capacity Sigree Global Grill in Malad West, our turnkey execution focused on harmonizing robust commercial engineering with sophisticated architectural detailing. The site demanded complex MEP integration to support specialized tabletop grill ventilation alongside a massive, continuous buffet infrastructure. We fabricated and installed heavy-duty solid-surface food service counters equipped with commercial-grade drop-in chafers, under-counter refrigeration, and custom wood veneer joinery.
A defining structural challenge was the installation of the specialized suspended ceiling arrays. Our teams engineered anchor systems into the exposed slab to support oversized, layered circular lighting rigs and slatted timber architectural baffles, ensuring structural safety while concealing extensive HVAC and electrical runs. The space was finished with high-durability flooring and custom-built dining tables engineered specifically to house the brand's signature live-grill coal pits.
