Hotel environments demand a distinct contracting approach: blending the heavy-duty durability of commercial construction with the refined, tactile finish of a luxury residential space. For the Four Points by Sheraton in Pune, our execution focused on precise room-to-room consistency and highly localized integrated services.
Unlike open-plan hospitality venues, these extended-stay suites required micro-managed MEP for individual kitchenettes, safely routing plumbing and appliances within custom flat-panel cabinetry without compromising the premium aesthetic. We structured the floorplans using bespoke geometric frosted-glass and timber partitions to separate the living and dining zones while maximizing natural light. The sleeping quarters were anchored by precision-aligned, wall-to-wall veneer paneling and flush upholstered headboards, completed with a full suite of custom-manufactured casegoods, integrated media units, and modular lounge seating.
